Teens Help Older Adults with Technology - In-person
Older adults can get help with laptops and other technology

Members of the Teen Difference team will be available to help with your phone, iPad, and laptop challenges. Bring your device(s) and sit down for up to 30 minutes one-on-one with a teen coach.
Teen Difference is a group of thoughtful and savvy teens who have set up an in-person service to assist their elders with tricky tech issues. This event is being held in cooperation with the North Bethesda Village.
Teen coaches can help with the following types of issues, among others:
1. Organizing and uploading files on computer to Google
2. Managing saved passwords on computer and phone
3. Adjusting notification settings on phone such as noise, and specifying which apps can send notifications
4. Getting rid of unwanted applications on your phone
5. Updating software on your computer, phone, tablet, etc.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
If you plan to attend with a group of ten or more, please contact the branch at least one week before the program to discuss how your group might be accommodated.
