Explore math through art, pattern, and hands-on making!
Join MathArtPlay for a family-friendly drop-in workshop where children can explore math through art, pattern, and hands-on making. Participants can move between creative activity stations, including math-inspired coloring pages, geometric stamps, washable printmaking, and geometric jewelry design. Families are welcome to join at any point during the program and stay for as long as they like.
For children ages 5-12.

TumbleBooks - books that read themselves
Kanopy Kids- videos and animated books, including some bilingual titles and language learning videos

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
Accommodation Requests
People who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing should request English-language captioning or sign-language interpretation at least five days before the library-sponsored program they plan to attend.
