Free sports physicals for Montgomery County Residents.
Walk ins welcome, first come, first served, no appointment needed.
Please bring a valid photo ID and proof that you live in Montgomery County.
The mobile clinic will be closed for an hour and a half for lunch from 1 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
