Stop by and learn about resources available from The Latino Health Initiative (LHI), part of the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services. Every other Friday from 10:00 AM-1:00 PM.
The mission of the Latino Health Initiative (LHI) is to improve the quality of life of Latinos living in Montgomery County by contributing to the development and implementation of an integrated, coordinated, culturally and linguistically competent health wellness system that supports, values, and respects Latino families and communities. Community Health Workers will be here every other Friday from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
