In collaboration with Montgomery County Renters Alliance, Inc.

This information table will provide information on a variety of renter resources. Information will include:

  • How to file a Code Enforcement complaint.
  • How to file an Office of Landlord and Tenant complaint.
  • The benefits of starting a tenant’s association and how to form one.
  • Rental assistance options and programs through the County and other non-profits for those facing eviction.
  • How to receive free legal aid services.
  • New rent stabilization law and other proposed state renter legislation.
