Storytime Yoga at Little Falls Library

This 45-minute program offers meditation, movement, and songs in an active, family-friendly yoga class for children under 5 with their grown-up. 

**Children MUST be registered and accompanied by an adult.**

Enjoy meditation, movement, and songs in an 45-minutes active, family-friendly yoga class for children under 5 with their grown-up.  This class uses music, yoga play, props, and stories to help children establish a connection with their caretakers while benefiting from active movement and mindfulness.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
