Arlene Samsel is uniquely qualified and experienced in meditation, public speaking and the performing arts. Arlene has been meditating for 25 years, has directed of a camp to teach meditation to children and has given many meditation workshops and retreats. This experience has enabled her to speak first hand about the crucial role of meditation in enhancing the daily lives of busy people.
