Tranquil Moments Sensory Space - In-person

Take a break with guided imagery & sensory tools designed to generate calm and groundedness. This program is specially created for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Take time to unwind with guided imagery and a variety of sensory tools designed to support relaxation, grounding, and focus. During this program, you can explore options like:

Recorded guided meditations
Small weighted blankets
Adult fidget toys
Sand art picture sensory toys
Coloring sheets
Relaxing sensory videos
Pop It Stress Ball
And more!
This program is intended for adults of all ages, including older adults and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Please note: this program is not suitable for children.  The program will met in the lower level large meeting room.
