Vinyasa Yoga links breath with movement to create a dynamic yet grounding experience.
Yoga instructor Bea Spadacini will lead a 10-week Vinyasa yoga program. This program is free and open to the public. Participants can attend any or all of the 10 sessions, which will run weekly on Fridays, from Oct. 3 - Dec. 5th. Each class is from 10:00 - 11:00 am.
Bea received her 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training certificate from Grace Yoga Studios in Silver Spring. Bea says, "my goal is to provide participants with a space to reconnect with themselves physically, emotionally, and spiritually, leaving them more centered and resilient". Each session will conclude with restorative poses and relaxation.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat or towel.
