Seven lines for seven days. Write a seven line story that features the seven days of the week. Submit your story for the chance to win a prize and be added to the Davis Library Hall of Fame! Submissions should be typed and must include seven lines. Each line is one sentence. No hate speech or explicit material. Visit Davis Library between November 1-30 to complete a submission form and drop off your entry. For grades 8-12 only. Submissions are due on November 30th at 6pm. No exceptions.

*Winners will be notified before January 9, 2026.

Accommodation Requests

People who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing should request English-language captioning or sign-language interpretation at least five days before the library-sponsored program they plan to attend.
