Did you know that September is Classical Music Month? Come join us and learn about the major periods of classical piano music: Baroque, Classical, Romantic, and Impressionism. Enjoy an interactive
lecture combined with a recital. Piano faculty and community music educator. Dr. Song achieved her Doctorate of Musical Arts from Penn State University and has degress from the Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University and Shanghai Conservatory. Dr. Song has taught piano for over 15 years and is passionate about making classical music approachable and inspiring for all ages.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
If you plan to attend with a group of ten or more, please contact the branch at least one week before the program to discuss how your group might be accommodated.
