Join us at Brigadier General Charles E. McGee Library to paint a portrait of your furry, feathery or scaly companion! People with all levels of art experience are welcome. Beginners welcome!
Join us at Brigadier General Charles E. McGee Library to paint a portrait of your furry, feathery or scaly companion! People with all levels of art experience are welcome. Beginners welcome! Step-by-step instructions and all supplies will be provided. Attendees should bring a close-up portrait of their pet printed on 8.5x11in paper. The portrait should fill as much of the paper as possible. If you do not have access to a printer at home, you can use the public printers at the library anytime leading up to the event! This is a Friends of the Library, Montgomery County, MD INC sponsored program. Limited to 16 attendees.
Registration is required.
Please note only service animals are allowed on library grounds per MCPL Guidelines. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals per ADA Guidelines.

Accommodation Requests
People who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing should request English-language captioning or sign-language interpretation at least five days before the library-sponsored program they plan to attend.
