Make a Mini Comic Book (Ages 10-15) - In-person

The mini-comic book is a fun format for telling a story in words and pictures. Using one folded sheet of paper, you will write and illustrate a brief (6–8 page) narrative.

The mini-comic book is a fun format for telling a story in words and pictures. Using one folded sheet of paper, you will write and illustrate a brief (6–8 page) narrative that can be factual, fictional, or a combination of both. Come to the workshop with an idea, which can take the form of a story, poem, recipe, daydream… it’s up to you.

Registration is required. Space is limited. Art supplies to be used during the workshop will be provided. 

This workshop, led by artist Leila Cabib, is funded in part by a Wheaton Cultural Project Grant from the Arts and Humanities Council of Montgomery County.
