Stop by and speak with a volunteer of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary to learn about safe boating, water safety, and more!
The purpose of National Safe Boating Week is to raise public awareness about responsible boating, encouraging boaters to always wear a life jacket while on the water. Many residents died annually in the rivers and oceans because they did not wear a life-jacket. Stop by the informational table staffed by U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary volunteers and learn more about boat safety and lifesaving while in the water. Knowledge about it can save lives, including yours!
