DESCRIPTION:
One hour exercise classes for people over 55 held twice a week. These classes are designed to:
With the use of ankle and hand weights, participants engage in warm-up, cool-down and balance and postural exercises.
REGISTRATION RULES:
As part of County Government, MCPL does not collect personal information other than for the purpose of providing programs or services.
