Come to Germantown Library and pick up a kit to make shamrock papercraft in recognition of Irish American Heritage month.
From March 11, 2025 through March 17th come to Germantown Library to pick up a kit and instructions to make an easy shamrock papercraft. This program is designed for adults, teens and adults with intellectual or developmental disability. The shamrock is Ireland's national flower and a symbol of the country. The word "shamrock" comes from the Gaelic word seamrog, which means "little clover. This program is a fun craft to celebrate Irish American Heritage month. Customers will be supplied with all craft supplies needed to create the craft and instructions. (glue can be requested to create the craft in the branch)
