Whether you’re a seasoned veteran or a first-time contestant, our Cosplay Contest is your chance to showcase your creativity and craftsmanship in front of an enthusiastic audience. Open to both teens and adults, this contest is all about celebrating the art of cosplay—from incredible costume designs to attention-grabbing performances. Bring your best character to life and compete for exciting prizes, bragging rights, and the admiration of your fellow fans.
Cosplay contest is open to ages 13+ on the day of MoComCon, Saturday, March 22, 2025.
Entry forms will be accepted at Black Rock Center for the Arts (adjacent to Germantown Library) starting at 1:30pm on Saturday, March 22.
No electronic submissions.
Line-up is at 3:30pm.
Limited to the first 20 entries in each age group.
Parent/guardian signature required for ages 17 and under.
This program is a MoComCon event. MoComCon is a two-day event, celebrating all things comics, graphic novels, and fandoms! To view more information and events, check out the MoComCon website!
Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.

Accommodation Requests
People who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing should request English-language captioning or sign-language interpretation at least five days before the library-sponsored program they plan to attend.
