Kid's Dance Party - MoComCon 2025

Germantown Library Children’s Program Room

Put on your dancing shoes and join the fun!

This is a family friendly event. 

Come to a Dance Party at MoComCon! Listen out for favorites featuring anime, superheroes, cartoons, and more! Music and movement teach the early literacy skills of listening and following directions, anticipation, and rhyming. Moving to music helps children exhaust pent-up energy, builds self-confidence and a positive self image.  This program is for kids of all ages with an adult. No registration needed.

This program is a MoComCon event. MoComCon is a two-day event, celebrating all things comics, graphic novels, and fandoms! To view more information and events, check out the MoComCon website! 

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.

Accommodation Requests

People who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing should request English-language captioning or sign-language interpretation at least five days before the library-sponsored program they plan to attend. Contact the Assistant Facilities and Accessibility Program Manager at 240-777-0002 with all other accommodation requests.
