Thinking about downsizing? Join us for a seminar explaining everything you need to know!
Join us for a seminar for those considering downsizing, where we will discuss a variety of essential topics to help you make informed decisions. Key discussions include: understanding current market trends, how to assess the value of your home, and tips for preparing your property for sale. The realtor also offers advice on pricing strategies, staging your home to attract potential buyers, and the timing of listing in relation to local market conditions. Additionally, attendees will learn how to manage the emotional and logistical aspects of letting go of a larger space.
Our speakers, Laura Bach and Michelle Quinn of Next Step Living at Compass, Katie Davis from Town & Country Move Management, and Samira Farmer of Doyle Auctions, will share their expertise on how to make your next step living choices, whatever they may be – with less stress and anxiety – whether it’s choosing to remain in your home, moving to be near family, or just simplifying the way you live by decluttering or by downsizing – and by developing a plan that works for you. The program will also provide a brief overview of the current Potomac-area real estate market.
For adults.
