Join us for a poetry afternoon. The poetry represents five years of Poetry Evenings, a library program held at Quince Orchard Library, another branch in Montgomery County, MD.
Don't forget to change your clocks before you arrive, so you can arrive on-time.
A group of local poets will be reading from their anthology, Echoes Through the Stacks. This group published their collection of poems that were part of a local library poetry writing group. The book represents five years of work and was made possible by a grant from the Pearl Foundation. It was published with the cooperation of the Friends of The Library, Montgomery County (FOLMC)
The poetry group was held at the Quince Orchard Library in Montgomery County, MD. The program continues as Sunday Poetry Afternoons. They meet every three weeks on Sunday afternoons and welcome new poets.
