The Asian American Health Initiative (AAHI) resource table provides valuable information and materials about programs, services, and resources aimed at improving the health and well-being of Montgomery County residents. Attendees can access culturally and linguistically tailored health education materials and learn about available community health programs. The table also offers information on accessing Montgomery County resources and provides materials on mental health, nutrition, and senior safety, empowering Asian Americans to lead healthier and safer lives.
Resources shared at the information table include AAHI Photonovels in English, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese and Hindi, AAHI Health Resource Guide, Resource Brochures, Pedestrian Safety, Elder Abuse information, Fall Prevention and more.
