Do you keep a journal? Would you like to develop a journaling practice and create your own personal journal? Here's your opportunity! The inexperienced, slightly-experienced and experienced are welcome! We will explore journaling through assigned journal prompts, the written word, and reflection. It will be a safe atmosphere and sharing is optional. In this program, the focus will be on the benefits of journaling and how to use writing prompts.
The focus will be on manual writing methods and materials used include: paper pencils and drawing tools. If you attend in-person, you will receive a free journaling notebook. The in-person group will meet in Group Meeting Room 5, located in the Children's room
