Interested in joining? The Book Club meets the second Thursday of each month from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm, meeting room 2. We'll talk over the book "The Lost Girls of Paris" by Pam Jenoff.
The book chosen for this month's discussion is "The Lost Girls of Paris" by Pam Jenoff, a historical fiction novel set during World War II, about a group of British female spies sent into occupied France to help the resistance. It follows the story of Grace Healey, a woman who discovers a suitcase filled with photos of female spies working for the British Special Operations Executive (SOE) in occupied France, leading her to uncover the truth about their missions and the sacrifices they made, particularly focusing on the experiences of two agents named Marie Roux and Eleanor Trigg, while navigating the complex world of espionage and betrayal during the war.
Copies of this book are available at the check out desk, while supplies last.
