Beyond the Basics will introduce customers to Microsoft Word. You will learn basic and more advanced features of using this software.
In Beyond the Basics: Learn Microsoft Word, you will develop new skills to use Microsoft Word, a word processing software. Attendees will create a variety of documents: letters, resumes, signs, memos, newsletters. You will also learn how to format documents which will include: configuring layouts, adding visuals, sounds, and video. This class is designed for people who want to increase their basic knowledge of Microsoft Word. It is designed to advance from basic skills to intermediate skills.
Basic computing skills are required to attend this event. Germantown Library does present a Basic Computers: Basics for Absolute Beginners, weekly on Monday's it is advise that you attend this program prior to attending if you do not have basic computing skills.
