• Shape Teen Programming • Gain Leadership Experience • Receive 4 Service-Learning Hours • Free Snacks and Sips
Join us for our Teen Advisory Board lunch-time meet-up! Are you interested in helping shape library programs and spaces for service-learning hours? Each month we gather to discuss how to improve teen services at MCPL. We offer pizza and great conversation. We will give 4 SSL hours for your contribution for either sharing a book that you recently read and enjoyed, or a piece of artwork or craft that you are proud of. You can also join our TAB leadership team which prepares teens for being leaders in the community, on college campuses, and good citizens of the world.
Come stay for Teen Craft time from 1 pm to 2 pm. A new craft skill will be taught each month. For November: make a homemade wreath from vines from your own yard!
Co-sponsored by the Friends of the Library, Montgomery County.
