Regular care of this energy field can prevent disease states from manifesting in the physical body, and lead to enhanced vitality and insight. Over time, you can learn how to maintain and improve your health with simple practices anyone can do at home. Meditation is MUCH easier in a group, and this class is suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators.
