The Science of Flight! Space is limited, registration required. Ages 6-10.

It's a bird, it's a plane, it's a rocket...it's all things that fly.  Join Science Connections as we learn about flight, exploring paper airplanes, alka seltzer rockets and flying animals. Come ready to mix your understanding of engineering with biology!  Registration required.  Register online or call 240-773-9550 beginning 3 weeks before the event.  For children ages 6 - 10.  Generously sponsored by the Friends of the Library, Montgomery County.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.

Accommodation Requests

People who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing should request English-language captioning or sign-language interpretation at least five days before the library-sponsored program they plan to attend.
