The Book Club meets the second Thursday of each month from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm, main meeting room. We'll talk over the book "48 Clues Into the Disappearance of My Sister" by Joyce Carol Oates.
The book chosen for this month's discussion is 48 Clues Into the Disappearance of My Sister by Joyce Carol Oates. On an otherwise average day in Upstate New York, Marguerite, a young woman, left her family home, never to return. No note was left, no explanation; just a messy bedroom and her sister Gigi, driven to dig through the meager clues and discover the truth behind her disappearance. Bit by bit, like ripping the petals off a flower blossom, clues mount up and revelations about both sisters are uncovered. Will this be enough to bring to light the fate of the missing beauty?
