Investing Basics

The third of a series of four financial workshops. This one focuses on basic investing terms, risks, working with respective financial professionals, and more.

This October, we will feature a series of four workshops on financial basics presented by the Association of Financial Educators.  This third workshop will be on investing basics and will include:

• Investing vs. saving
• Considering risks
• Terms and definitions
• Working with advisors, brokers, and agents
• Cautions and scams

This workshop is geared to adults 18 years and above.

Registration is required. You need to register for each workshop individually.
