Interested in joining? The Book Club meets the second Thursday of each month from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm, main meeting room. We'll talk over the book "A Thousand Acres" by Jane Smiley.

The book chosen for this month's discussion is "A Thousand Acres" by Jane Smiley. It's a powerful novel that reimagines Shakespeare's King Lear set on a farm in Iowa. It delves into themes of family, power, and the complexities of human relationships, as it tells the story of a father and his three daughters and the dark secrets that unravel within their family.
