Sahaja Yoga teaches a unique method of meditation, rooted in ancient spiritual knowledge.
Although the name of program is Sahaja Yoga Meditation, it is purely meditation and does not require any physical exercise. Participants are given basic introduction of this meditation in the beginning followed by guided meditation and meditation with recorded music (flute, sitar, etc.). Participants are encouraged to ask questions at the end of the meeting.
This program takes place in the large meeting on the lower level of the library.
