Information Table provided in collaboration with Montgomery County Renters Alliance Inc. Learn more about your rights and the free resources available to you, including rental assistance!
This information table will provide information on a variety of renter resources. Information will include:
- How to file a Code Enforcement complaint, how to file an Office of Landlord and Tenant complaint, the benefits of starting a tenant’s association and how to form one.
- Rental assistance options and programs through the County and other non-profits.
- How to receive free legal aid services.
- Upcoming rent stabilization law and other proposed state renter legislation.

Accommodation Requests
People who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing should request English-language captioning or sign-language interpretation at least five days before the library-sponsored program they plan to attend.
