You can use your decorative tin can as a gift, pail to fill with pens, markers, candy or add a plant! This program will take place in the Adult Program Room on the 2nd Floor of the Rockville Memorial Library.
This program requires registration, it is limited to the first 12 people who register. This is due to the availability of supplies.
