The African American Book Discussion Group of Rockville Memorial Library meets the third Thursday, of the month. This group discusses fiction, non-fiction or plays written by, or about people of African descent. The book for May is Those We Throw Away Are Diamonds: A Refugee's Search for Home by Mondiast Degon (Non-fiction) . Limited print copies of this book are available through the library system. This book is is available in e-book and e-audio book format through Hoopla and Overdrive.
