Oh no! Something is happening across the County, homes are being robbed of their energy efficiency! Young detectives are invited to help us crack this case and learn about how they can save energy.
Our lead investigators are high school students with P.O.W.E.R, or Peer Outreach With Energy Resources, an energy education program organized by the Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection and Nature Forward. During the one hour presentation, the young detectives will work to solve ENERGY MYSTERIES as part of this year’s Energy Express program.
For ages 6-12 years old. Parents/caregivers MUST accompany children under the age of 12 during the program.
Registration required. Registration opens May 31.
Sign up for the library's Summer Reading Challenge! Preregistration begins May 15. Log activities from June 17 – August 31, 2023.
