The African American Health Program (AAHP) which is administered by the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services will host an information table at Rockville Memorial Library. AAHP focuses on six major health areas: infant mortality, HIV/AIDS, diabetes, oral health, cardiovascular disease, and cancer. Services provided include outreach, health education, support groups, and nurse case management.

Accommodation Requests
