Many of us worry about the future or dwell upon the past. Our mind is constantly in turmoil.  In this program, Jim Rose, long time meditator and Fortune 100 Company executive, will explore the healing power of meditation and how to unlock the door to a life of improved physical and emotional wellbeing. Meditation is much more than a simple tool to help people reduce stress but rather it is helps to positively transform our inner self which in turn impacts our outer relationships and the way we cope with the stressors around us. Meditation can enhance our happiness on an individual level and is the secret to profound personal wellbeing and global healing.

Take a look at these resources for more information about meditation.
