This class will engage participants in a basic yoga flow suitable for those interested in practicing the foundations, as well as those who are new to yoga.
The teacher for the class is currently completing a 200-hour yoga teacher training program. Students should bring their own yoga mat and any needed padding such as a towel or scarf. The program will be held in the Meeting Room, #312, through the lobby on the left, just past the staircase. Participants will be asked to sign a release form at the beginning of the class.
