The session will be led by Arvind Naik, who has significant experience with talks and programs for teens. He has been giving lectures and workshops on the topic of meditation, in which he discusses how incorporating meditation into our daily routine can be life changing, for several years. In his programs Arvind explores how this practice can help each of us develop physically, mentally, and spiritually. Arvind led a meditation program at Target and regularly speaks at libraries, community center and at corporate settings all across the country. This program is for teens in grades 7-12.
