Author Eman Quotah will discuss her work Bride of the Sea

Eman Quotah, born in Jidda, Saudi Arabia, to an American mother and Saudi father, grew up in Jidda and Ohio, and has now lived in the Washington, D.C. area for more than 20 years. She considers Jidda the “home of her heart.” Bride of the Sea was named the best debut novel of 2021 by Booklist, while The Washington Post described it as a “nuanced view of the Saudi kingdom through a cast of compelling characters and a sweeping plot that spans continents and decades.”
