County residents are invited to this interactive, virtual workshop to provide input on MCPL’s next strategic plan. Bring your experiences, insights, hopes and dreams for the library of the future.
As MCPL continues to adapt to the challenges brought on by COVID-19, it also seeks to proactively plan for a future in which it fulfills its mission to connect county residents with ideas and information. Between January and April 2022, MCPL is engaging in a strategic planning process designed to elicit insights from county residents, library staff and library partners about their experiences and aspirations for MCPL’s future. This process will result in a roadmap that guides MCPL’s work over the next three years to respond to the needs of residents and the ever-changing context of the world they live in.
In addition to this workshop, county residents are invited to complete this brief survey by 2/19 to share what the library is to you now, and what you want it to be in 2025.
