Join Corina Urdaneta for a guided meditation.

Corina Urdaneta is a Venezuelan-born, certified mindfulness teacher and Awakening Joy teacher trained by Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield, and James Baraz. She has been a participant in the Year of Living Mindfully directed by Jonathan Foust of the Insight Meditation Community of Washington. She is a certified yoga teacher, trained at Kripalu Center for yoga and health, and at Dharamsala, India. Corina has been teaching yoga for 20 years and has taught in Ithaca, NY, Mexico and Venezuela.
