Mallory O'Meara's book, "Girly Drinks: A Feminist History of Women and Alcohol", about the history of women making, serving and drinking alcohol all over the world, will be published in October.
O'Meara is also the author of "The Lady from the Black Lagoon: Hollywood Monsters and the Lost Legacy of Milicent Patrick," published in 2019.
