Join Gerry Gorman as he connects meditation and spiritual development to important aspects of our lives. He will offer a practical technique of meditation that can positively impact your life. Through first hand demonstrations of this simple yet highly effective method you will discover the key to deeper concentration, relaxation and profound personal growth.  
  

Instructor Bio: Gerry Gorman has worked as a professional engineer, engineering manager, and business development executive for a number of technology companies. He is recently retired from his own company, Emergency Message Controls. A student of meditation for over 40 years, Gerry studied with two of the most respected mystics of our time. He describes a very practical form of meditation and explores how this practice can help each of us to develop physically, mentally, and spiritually. Gerry has been married for over 40 years and has two grown children.
