Devonna B. Rowe is an accomplished performing artist and educator with over 30 years of experience. She has served as a Music Panelist with the Maryland State Arts Council and holds a teaching certification from the Maryland State Department of Education. She is currently a voice instructor at the Peabody Institute, Johns Hopkins University.
