In this weekly series, we explore the natural world with hands-on activities. This week is all about mud!
Messy, mucky, and loads of fun--mud! What is mud? Is it the same everywhere? How do people and animals use it? We’ll answer these questions and more as we learn all about mud. Then, we’ll get our hands dirty with mud painting!
Participants are asked to bring:
Please plan to set up in a space that can get a little messy and wear old clothes or a smock. We will be playing with the mud.
Perfect for 1st-3rd grade.
Please be prepared to leave your camera on for most of the program and to participate in conversation.
