Alma Thomas Mosaics

Learn about African-American artist Alma Thomas and create beautiful mosaics in her style.

Join us for a celebration of African-American Expressionist artist Alma Thomas. We'll be learning about her life and art while we make paper mosaics on canvas. We'll be recreating one of her pieces together and providing another canvas to make your own Alma Thomas inspired creation!

Please register every member of your household that needs a kit.

Supplies are limited so we can only provide kits to registered attendants.

Can't get to Praisner? You can still participate! You can assemble your own kit with the following supplies:

• Mini 3x3 Canvas or Heavy white cardstock
• White glue or modpodge
• Foam paintbrush
• Colored paper cut into small squares and rectangles (no larger than 1/2in x 1/2in)
