The group is led by Shelby Settles Harper, a local award-winning fiction author and lawyer.   

Teen Writers' Clubs are an activity of the Maryland Writers' Association in cooperation with public libraries around the state. This Club is supported by Chevy Chase Library of Montgomery County Public Libraries and its staff.
