What makes a flower a flower? Find out as we. dissect a flower and then. build a. paper flower. This event is part of the Maryland STEM Festival.
What makes a flower a flower? We’ll find out in this program. Participants are asked to find a flower (can be a dandelion or clover from a park or yard) for dissection. After we’ve taken a real flower apart, we’ll build a paper flower. This event is part of the Maryland STEM Festival.
All registered participants will receive a Zoom link by email before the event. If you would like to pick up supplies for the craft, please use this link to make an appointment: https://mcpl.libnet.info/v/assets/226
This program is intended for preschool and kindergarten. We have fun Maryland STEM Festival activities for elementary age kids, too! Check them out on our event calendar.
