Join MCPL and the Office of Consumer Protection for a discussion on how to use P2P payment platforms (Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle) safely.

P2P usage across demographics is on the upswing since the COVID-19 outbreak.  Learn tips for using these payment platforms (Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App) safely. 

This is a 4-part series taking place Tuesdays, 2-3 pm from September 15 - October 6.  The other topics include:

  • Tuesday, September 22 @ 2 pm - Tips on Avoiding Scams Related to COVID-19
  • Tuesday, September 29 @ 2 pm - Debt Collection during Covid-19; Know your Rights
  • Tuesday, October 6 @ 2 pm - Using P2P Payment Systems (Cash App, Zelle) during Covid-19: Are they safe? 

This series is a collaboration between MCPL and Montgomery County’s Office of Consumer Protection.
